Hilton Hotel Refurbishment

This project is a full bedroom refurbishment of the Hilton hotel, St George’s park. This project is ongoing and due for completion in April 2027.

We are decommissioning the old, less efficient systems and replacing with the same manufacturer units which are Mitsubishi electric, just upgraded versions and more energy efficient.

The only thing slightly different from most of our hotel projects is this one the condensers are located internally in a plant deck area and ducted out via louvers. This requires the old and new systems to be dismantled to get them into there desired locations.
